Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days before dispatch. Processing times may be extended during busy periods or promotional events.
Shipping
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method and courier services. Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Tracking information will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Delays
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to customs inspections, adverse weather, courier operations or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. LUNVER cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Returns
Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:
Unused
Unworn
In their original condition
Returned with original packaging where applicable
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Warranty
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
It does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage
Misuse
Improper care
Unauthorised alterations
